I had been eyeing Courtney's work for a awhile at the Burlington farmer's market. My partner and I were discussing marriage and we both had family rings with diamonds that we knew we wanted to work with for my ring, so Courtney was the first person we reached out to for resetting the stones. She was a delight to work with from start to finish! The design process was so easy and she came up with multiple designs that I loved- we settled on a very unique river design that I adore. She also designed my partner's ring in his favorite tree bark style (birch). The process was easy, very reasonably priced, and the timelines were perfect (and Courtney was always communicative and straightforward about next steps and timeframe). I highly recommend her for any custom design work, including stone resetting.
