SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR HOLIDAY SHOPPERS

Orders will need to be shipped via expedited shipping after December 7th in order to arrive before Christmas.


SHIPPING & HANDLING

In stock items ship within 2 business days usually via USPS Priority Mail. Sometimes I will use USPS first class if the delivery time is similar. If you have chosen express delivery I will try to get it to you the quickest way I can, be it UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Email me at info@courtneyreckord.com to find out delivery time before you order if you choose. Please keep in mind that I pay for shipping both ways, from the casting company and to you. Generally shipping costs combined cost more than you are paying.


RETURNS

I accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 14 days of purchase, with the exception of rings and custom orders. Please see below for specific information on rings. Items must be returned with original packaging in perfect condition.

EXCHANGES

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. To exchange an item please email me at info@courtneyreckord.com. Custom orders may not be exchanged.

Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees.

REPAIRS

I guarantee the quality of our work. For any repairs, please contact me at info@courtneyreckord.com
Pieces repaired by any other jeweler will not be covered under our warranty.

RING RESIZING

Rings are made just for you. Please be certain of your ring size before ordering. I can work with you to resize your ring for a charge, but returns are not accepted on rings.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I send renderings and measurements before ordering any custom pieces. If you approve of the renderings the piece will be made. If not I will make changes until you are satisfied. Please make sure you like the renderings before approving the order as custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Payment is required before items are ordered. Custom orders take between 2-4 weeks.
