In stock items ship within 2 business days usually via USPS First Class.

RETURNS

If you don’t absolutely love your purchase, we’re happy to exchange your jewelry or issue store credit. Applicable for purchases within 10 days of receipt (with the exception of holiday purchases, which can be exchanged by January 10th).  The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that shipping will not be included in the credit, and custom and bespoke orders are not returnable. Store credits do not expire.

Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees.

REPAIRS

I guarantee the quality of our work. For any repairs, please contact me at info@courtneyreckord.com
Pieces repaired by any other jeweler will not be covered under our warranty.

RING RESIZING

Rings are made just for you. Please be certain of your ring size before ordering. I can work with you to resize your ring for a charge, but returns are not accepted on rings.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I send renderings and measurements before ordering any custom pieces. If you approve of the renderings the piece will be made. If not I will make changes until you are satisfied. Please make sure you like the renderings before approving the order as custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Payment is required before items are ordered. Custom orders take between 2-4 weeks, longer if stone setting is involved.
