SHIPPING & HANDLING
In stock items ship within 3-5 business days, usually sooner. If you need an item by a specific date, please let me know and I will make every effort to get it to you by the date that you need it.
There are three shipping options available, flat rate (First Class USPS), Priority (USPS) and Expedited (Priority Express USPS). If you require a different option please be in touch and I will try to accommodate you.
Custom items and items valued over $500 will be shipped insured.
If you are out of the US please contact me for a shipping cost.
RETURNS
If you don’t absolutely love your purchase, we’re happy to exchange your jewelry or issue store credit within 10 days of receipt. The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that shipping will not be included in the credit, and custom orders are not returnable. All rings are made to order so may be subject to a restocking fee. Store credits do not expire.
I do not accept returns from galleries and shops that carry my work. Please return work directly to the gallery.
Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees.
Sale items are non returnable.
REPAIRS
I guarantee the quality of our work. For any repairs, please contact me at info@courtneyreckord.com
Pieces repaired by any other jeweler will not be covered under our warranty.
RING RESIZING
Rings are made just for you. Please be certain of your ring size before ordering. I can work with you to resize your ring for a charge, but returns are not accepted on rings.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I send renderings and measurements before ordering any custom pieces. If you approve of the renderings the piece will be made. If not I will make changes until you are satisfied. Please make sure you like the renderings before approving the order as custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Payment is required before items are ordered. Custom orders take between 2-4 weeks, longer if stone setting is involved.
